School of Infantry
Civil Engineer responsible for the site work associated with a new School of Infantry. Civil work included new utilities to provide service to the new building; grading of the site to create an area for the new structure; changes to the existing parking lot and street frontage to better accommodate vehicle and pedestrian circulation; and a new parking lot.
Project also included a new off-site Grounds Maintenance Building and associated improvements – $12M, Straub Construction, Camp Pendleton, CA.
