BEQ Package 4
Civil Engineer responsible for the site work associated with the BEQ Package 4 project. Project included 4 multi-story BEQ buildings on two sites at Camp Pendleton. The project required the creation of off-site parking lots to support the new building occupants.
New water mains were designed to provide domestic needs and meet the fire demands. A new off-site sanitary main was constructed to extend and expand the existing sewer infrastructure. Due to the distance between the two sites, each was graded to balance the available dirt on that site – no import or export of soil.
