Regimental Maintenance Facility
Civil Engineer responsible for the design of grading, site utilities, and site surface improvements for the 4th Marines Regimental Maintenance Facility. Value Engineering was applied to the site using asphalt overlaying to reduce new pavement costs and a detention/settling basin to reduce storm water filtration costs.
Project included replacing all utilities on this 20 acre site and constructing a new vehicle wash facility, loading dock, Hazmat building and containment area, and a 23,000sf Maintenance Building – $13.1M/RQ Construction/Camp Pendleton, CA
